All Our products are new and come with full manufacturers warranty. All orders are considered special orders and ship directly from our many distributors to your door step free of charge.
Always offering free shipping to all USA and our Canadian neighbors. All orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days via UPS/FEDEX Ground to USA & Canada & USPS to USA P.O. Boxes to All of USA. Your order will typically arrive within 3-8 business days.

If you believe your order is defective please email us at [email protected] and we will provide all the necessary info to have the item replaced/repaired within the duration of the warranty. All tech support/warranty issues are handled directly with our distributors.
Due to the nature of such equipment we allow a modest 5 days from the day the product is received, for the customer to request a refund for any reason. Simple email us at [email protected] for RMA# and instructions. IMPORTANT - All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If an item is returned without an RMA# or it is returned damaged, missing items or not in sellable condition the return will be refused.
